All bookings made through seasnakeadventures.com are subject to availability and confirmation.

To complete a reservation, guests must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.

Full or partial payment (as indicated during the booking process) is required to secure a spot.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will always honor the price originally agreed upon.

3. Inclusions and Exclusions

Each tour or activity clearly specifies what is included and excluded.
Guests are responsible for reviewing this information before booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Sea Snake Adventures staff.

Sea Snake Adventures is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, damages caused by guest negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

5. Weather and Operational Conditions

All activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.

If a tour must be canceled due to safety concerns or force majeure, Sea Snake Adventures will offer either a free rescheduling or a full refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by the Guest

More than 48 hours before the tour:
Guests receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.

Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour:
A 50% cancellation fee applies.

Less than 24 hours before the tour or no‑show:
No refund will be issued.

2. Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be accepted.

3. Cancellations by Sea Snake Adventures

If the company cancels due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, guests may choose to:

Reschedule at no additional cost

Receive a 100% refund

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment platform (typically 5–10 business days).

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in water or adventure activities, guests acknowledge inherent risks and agree to sign a liability waiver prior to the start of the tour.

Sea Snake Adventures complies with all local regulations, permits, insurance requirements, and safety standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on seasnakeadventures.com (text, images, videos, logos) is the property of Sea Snake Adventures and may not be used without written authorization.
